The following is a hierarchy tier system that classifies groups based on their status as a CASE affiliate. Group I has first priority access to CASE facilities and services, and within Group I priority is given as shown below. Similarly, Group II has second priority to Group I and within Group II priority will be given as shown below.

Group I: CASE Affiliates
- Corporate Affiliates (Pay affiliate fee)
- CASE Associate Faculty & Staff (Invited members of CASE)

Corporate or Academic Interest Groups (Trial option, not affiliated with CASE, but invited by CASE)
Please fill out the appropriate forms below and submit to Johnna Pedersen.

Group II: Non-CASE Affiliates
- Missouri State University Academic Investigators (Non-CASE affiliate)
- Corporate or Academic Affiliate Candidates (Interested in becoming CASE affiliates)

Please write a service proposal following the guidelines below and complete a work request and/or a use of facilities and services form. Submit proposal and forms to Johnna Pedersen. Proposals will be accepted any time and will be reviewed by a CASE committee within three weeks of submission.

For all services in which you need results in an electronic format, please provide a blank CD-R or CD-RW.
